Raymond is a Managing Partner at the Latino Business Speakers Bureau and also a Managing Partner at Chapman Farrell Group and former Chief Growth Officer for ALPFA and President of ALPFA Solutions, delivering leadership development programs for the growing Latino workforce. Raymond, a former Chief Diversity Officer at Aetna, is a Fortune 100 bilingual leader with more than 25 years of experience assessing talent needs in consumer goods, professional and financial services, association/nonprofit, and healthcare sectors. Raymond earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from New York University and a governance certificate from Harvard University. As a volunteer, Raymond served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Officer of the Board of Trustees of the Wheeler Clinic, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Hispanic Medical Association. He has served on ALPFA’s Corporate Advisory Board, as President of PRIMER, as Chairman of the Corporate and Philanthropic Council of HACU, and as a member of the Board of Regents of the University of Hartford. Raymond was selected two years in a row by Hispanic Business Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanics; by the National Society of Hispanic MBAs for the Corporate Executive Excellence Brillante Award; by Pricewaterhousecoopers as one of its exemplary alumnus and featured on its KeyWord Magazine; by Urban Professional Magazine as one of the 100 Top Executives in Corporate America, and was the featured cover story in Diversity Executive Magazine.
